Group tours can be arranged by calling 217-224-3688. Prices per person are the same for group tours.
Tours can be custom-arranged for school groups.
All group tours must be arranged a week in advance. Please call us to make arrangements.

Explore the house that George built!
After a three year period of travel from 1897 until 1900 George brought back artistic renderings, and lavish furnishings from the Mediterranean area to construct his home. His search for the perfect building site culminated in a bluff overlooking the Mississippi river. The result a moroccan villa with architectural features from all over the world christened the Villa Kathrine.
Tours of the building are self-guided during business hours. A volunteer host is available and tour guides can be arranged in advance for any size group.
